Easy Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day refund policy for all purchases on peppermintfox.com*. We will happily accept a return if you’ve changed your mind for any reason, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, including proof of purchase
Items must be unworn and in original, resalable condition including all packaging
Digital Items, Treasure Packs, Lucky Packs, Seconds Items and Gift Cards cannot be returned
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
Returns made before 15 days will receive a refund as usual. After 15 days and up to 30 days, we’ll issue a digital store gift card. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 30 days. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR POSTAGE FEES
Items returned due to faults will receive a full refund for the purchase, including shipping. For change of mind returns we will issue a refund or gift card for the value of the returned product only. If your return reduces your order total below the free shipping threshold, then the refund will have the original shipping fees deducted.
Determination of faults is at the discretion of Peppermint Fox. In most cases, if we can assess there is an issue through email and photos, we’ll work with you to find a solution that doesn’t involve further postage.
Due to the limited nature of our items, we will only facilitate an exchange for faulty items. We will cover the shipping costs of recovering items and delivering your replacement to you. If limited stock has since sold out, there may be a waiting period while the replacement is produced.
We’re certain our customers are lovely, honest individuals but as a small business we must protect ourselves. If we notice a pattern of behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed suspicious. If you believe this to be in error, please get in contact with us via the form below.
