Clothing & Collections

How do I order?

Please use the shopping cart on the website to checkout. You can pay by paypal, credit card or bank transfer (Australia only). There is a 'Notes' section during checkout, which you can use to tell us anything important about your order that we might need to know.


Are your items handmade?

Our accessories are handmade by us in Melbourne, unless otherwise stated. Our garments are ethically manufactured in small runs, in Australia and China and we work closely with our manufacturer at all stages of the process. 


Is your fabric available to buy?

Our fabric is exclusive to our limited collections, and is not offered for sale anywhere else.
 

Will you re-release any collections?

Most collections will not be re-released. However, we intend to bring the occasional collection back!

Currently these collections have been confirmed for re-release in the future; Hidden Library, Tea Emblem, Tea Society. We do not have a date for these yet.

What size are your garments?

Our sizes have recently changed. Please refer to this image, and to dress listings, to choose the correct size.

One Size (P-1) Bust: 85cm~90cm Waist: 70~90cm Hips: Up to 90cm

Most garments have a skirt length of 50cm and a bodice length of 24cm. Sometimes this may vary so please check the listing carefully.

 

Do you offer custom-sized garments?

Peppermint Fox does not offer custom-sizing. It is not possible for us to offer custom sizes on a one-to-one basis.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! 
Internationally, we offer Standard International Parcel and International Small Parcel.

International Small Parcel. Tracked, Uninsured. This is our budget shipping option. It relies on the ability to send in bulk. In some cases we may only have a small number of these orders awaiting shipment, in this case these orders must wait until further orders are ready to ship. If this is not convenient, we suggest choosing the Standard International shipping option. This item is shipped using Singapore Post. International Small Parcel costs between $6-15 depending on your location, for up to 250 grams- which is about 25-30 brooches! Please note: this option is uninsured and missing parcels can not be replaced. 

Standard International. Tracked, Insured. These orders are shipped once per week, usually on Fridays. The lowest price bracket for Standard International is between $22-28AUD for up to 500 grams- which can contain up to 50 brooches before the shipping cost goes up. 
Customs charges may apply to orders delivered to some locations, these are the responsibility of the importer.

    What kind of shipping do you offer in Australia?

    Within Australia, we ship through Australia Post.

    Parcel Post is $9 (2+ days delivery, tracked), Express Postage is $11 (1+ days delivery, tracked) for up to 500 grams. 


    What is letter shipping?

    Peppermint Fox understands that shipping costs can be quite expensive. As such we offer our customers the opportunity to use letter shipping. In this instance, up to two brooches can be shipped as a letter for a lower cost within Australia. Letter shipping is very reliable, however it leaves both us and the buyer unprotected if anything unfortunate occurs. We always recommend using a tracked shipping option, and the choice to use letter shipping is at the customer's discretion. 


    Do you mark down parcels value or send as gift?

    As it is considered mail fraud, Peppermint Fox will not mark down the value or send as gift. Requests in notes to ship as gift or marked down will be ignored, and orders processed as normal.
    Peppermint Fox is also not responsible for any fees, customs or duties paid due to import of our products.


    Do you combine multiple orders?

    Yes. We are happy to combine orders to reduce shipping costs, however please send us an email or make a note of it on your order. If there are no notes of emails, we will assume that you intend for the items to be shipped separately. There may be some fees associated depending on the shipping options chosen.

    If you have chosen to put through two orders in order to secure letter shipping for both, we will happily process your orders. However as detailed above regarding letter shipping, the customer assumes responsibility. We prefer and recommend for customers to use a tracked option where possible.
